Hotelier Richard C. Kessler to Open New Boutique Property in Asheville

Orlando, FL/Asheville, NC (November 2, 2007) Orlando-based hotelier and real estate developer Richard C. Kessler, Chairman and President of The Kessler Enterprise, Inc., recently announced plans for his newest boutique hotel - the Bohemian Hotel at Biltmore Village, located at the entrance of the famous Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC. Designed in the style of a Tudor lodge, the hotel will feature 104 luxurious guest rooms and suites, the Red Stag Grille – a fine dining chop house and lounge, the Grand Bohemian Gallery, 5,100 sq. ft. of event space including a 2,000 sq. ft. ballroom, fitness center, concierge services, room service and valet parking. The property is scheduled to open in fall 2008.

Inspired by a rustic elegant hunting lodge, the Bohemian Hotel at Biltmore Village will reflect a design featuring natural and traditional elements such as stone flooring, distressed carved oak wood walls, columns, archways. The main hotel will feature 84 guestrooms and the Manor House, located directly across the street, will feature 20 guestrooms.

The Red Stag Grille will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dinner menu will feature prime steaks, fresh seafood and daily chef specials created by Kessler’s award-winning culinary team. Guests will have the choice of either dining in the main dining room, at the chef’s table or in the private dining room. In addition, the restaurant will feature a bar and piano lounge.

Kessler, who is also an art enthusiast, will be opening his Grand Bohemian Gallery, which will feature prominent American and European art, including original works of art and photography by local, national and international artisans complemented by art glass, contemporary jewelry, and unique gift items.

Within walking distance from shops, art galleries, and restaurants, the Bohemian Hotel at Biltmore Village is just minutes from all that Asheville has to offer its guests.

Kessler recently announced the opening of his international office in Vienna, Austria, and is growing his hotel portfolio at a very fast pace with several projects planned in the next two years.
